Open exclusively to guests of Las Vegas’ MGM Mirage properties, the Shadow Creek Golf Club is a Tom Fazio-designed masterpiece that is truly first-class golf at its finest. No detail has been left unplanned, right up to the imported wildlife such as Australian wallabies and exotic birds, and even the natural lighting. Fazio arranged all 18 holes in such a way that they lay perpendicular to both the morning and afternoon sunlight, creating natural shadows that accentuate the inherent beauty of the par-72 course.

The $2.7 billion Shadow Creek course stretches 7,239 yards, blending manicured fairways and expansive greens with towering pine trees, serene lakes, cascading waterfalls, meandering creeks and lush gardens. From the finely sculpted tees to the dramatic green complexes, the course is as stunningly beautiful as it is playable. Among its many accolades, Shadow Creek was chosen eighth among Golf Week’s 2006 “America’s 100 Best Modern Courses” and ranked in the top 20 of Golf Digest Magazine’s 2005-2006 “America’s 100 Greatest Public and Private Golf Courses.” A favorite of PGA professionals and celebrities, a busy day at the spectacular Shadow Creek sees perhaps 30 players. Guests are chauffeured by private limousine and enjoy their own professional caddies.

Shadow Creek Golf Club will be temporarily closed for course enhancement from May through December 2008.
