The par-72 course was designed by Ted Robinson and incorporates water hazards on no less than thirteen occasions, challenges that demand both skill and accuracy. The 160 acres of lush fairways are broken up by tranquil lagoons, beautiful waterfalls, strategic sand bunkers and mature landscaping. During its construction in 1985, millions of cubic feet of earth were shaped and moved to create the gently undulating course that greets guests today. The clubhouse at Canyon Gate Country Club is both relaxing and luxurious, featuring amenities like separate dining and grill rooms and well-appointed locker rooms. Both dining areas afford guests spectacular views of southern Nevada’s Red Rock Canyon.

Canyon Gate Country Club has PGA professionals on staff for individual instruction, with monthly clinics for beginners, and also boasts junior camps and clinics during summer months.
